High Court Enforcement.
When landlords face unpaid tenancy debts or difficult evictions, high court enforcement can be the only solution.

We understand the situation: disrupted cash flow, debts dragging on for months, and potential property damage. The problem is made more difficult when tenants or occupiers are not cooperating with legal notices and orders already served.

At Strikes Property Services Group, we enforce high court orders fast and cost-effectively with our in-house High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO).

Strikes High Court Enforcement Process.
1. Confirm Your Possession Order
Clients often come to us with a Possession Order already granted. We’ll review the paperwork to confirm it’s suitable for High Court enforcement and that the details are correct. If you haven’t obtained a Possession Order yet, we can also support you through the process of getting one.

2. Apply to the High Court for a Writ of Possession
Once the Possession Order is in place, we prepare and submit the application to the High Court for a Writ of Possession. This is handled through our in-house Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO). The writ is what gives the legal authority for enforcement action to take place.

3. Attend Site to Enforce the Writ and Regain Possession
When the writ is issued, our Authorised HCEO will attend the property to enforce it and recover possession. If required, we’ll attend with our locksmith and security teams to ensure access is gained lawfully and the process is handled professionally on the day.

4. Secure the Property and Manage Any Remaining Goods
After possession is recovered, we can help you secure the premises to prevent re-entry. This can include practical measures such as installing additional security and, where appropriate, using deterrents like concrete blocks. If goods remain at the property, we can help with negotiating and coordinating a sensible collection process.
