1. Run the Trace
We begin by carrying out a compliant UK trace using the information you already have – such as the tenant’s full name, previous address, phone number, email, employer details (if known), and any historic identifiers. Using advanced investigative tools and proven tracing methods, we identify the individual’s current location as quickly as possible.

2. Review & Verify the Results
Once the trace returns results, we review the findings for quality and confidence. We’ll flag anything that could cause issues later (for example, multiple potential matches, incomplete address history, or evidence the person may have moved abroad).

3. Recommend the Best Next Step
With a verified trace in place, we advise on the most effective course of action depending on what you need to achieve – whether that’s debt recovery, enforcement of a monetary order, or serving legal papers.
